Aerodisa has at its disposal the most advanced tools for mechanicl design, optimization ans structural calculation.

 Aerodisa works at a desing enviroment CAD/CAM/CAE completely parametric. This feature allows us further than just desinging, modifying and optimizing any stage of development process.

We have analytical ability (static and dynamic, vibrations, thermic, mechanism) and structural optimization by finite-elements based systems.

Also AERODISA owns experience at big parts ensembles, being able to simulate every part, to check interactions between every element and to calculate the srtesses produced upon each one. This way, automatically and integrated with CAD/CAE system, we can validate and optimize every part as well as the whole ensemble.

CAE: Pro/Mechanica y NASTRAN for Windows.

CFD: Fine/Turbo. (Numeca International): Fluidodynamic analitical tool for general aerodymanic configurations and specialized turbo machinery modules.

Designed and programmed in AERODISA for cycles analysis, geometry creation, 1D preliminar design, 2D designs cuasi-3D applied to axial turbines and both radial flow and axial compressors.
